House with stunning views

Location is extraordinary. If you want to feel as you were the part of the atmospheric, very old Tuscan town community, there is no better place than this. The house is old, but well-maintained. The history of the house can be felt in lots of items surrounding you inside. A small museum full of details to discover right at your fingertips. Still, there are all modern aplliances there. Except AC -but- in my opinion, that doesn't really fit there. Older generations did well constructing the buildings suitable for the local climate and lived there for ages - so you can do it too for coule of warm nights as well :) Garden full of plants, natural style, with lots of herbs, trees and bushes. Kiwi's hanging over you head giving the shade to the terrace with stunning view, grapevines, sunbeds - you can relax and chill there for hours sipping local specialities. The view extends over many kilometers of beautiful terrain. Stunning sunrises. Hosts - Sandro and Rossana - are very kind and helpful. We got great Toscany Start-up guide with very useful information. If you want to touch the real life of Toscany, the house would be a perfect spot. There is a lot to see around, one hour drive in each direction brings great places to see and experience. We loved the misterious labirynth of day silent Chiusdino streets and enjoyed cheerful small town center in the evenings. Local square on market day provided us with delicious veggies, fruits, fishes, cheeses and cured meats from the local producers. Kind and happy people all around the town. We hope to get back there!

The views were superb, the town had great facilities, very authentic Tuscan town. The property is a renovated Tuscan family home.

Lack of proper air conditioning would have made it perfect.

The town is small, but has plenty of restaurant choices, and no shortage of good views. The property itself has an amazing view, the pictures don’t lie. It does get a bit warm during the day, but nothing a fan and light sheets won’t fix. The owners are so nice, and helpful!

Beds were a little uncomfortable, but not bad, and very much sleep able.

Lokacija je izjemna, v ljubkem majhnem kraju na griču. Hiša ima krasen razgled na vzhod, s terase in malega vrta. V hiši je vse kar potrebuješ, kuhinja in kopalnica zadostujeta, postelje so solidne, ogrevanje je zelo učinkovito (bili smo konec aprila). V kraju je nekaj trgovinic, picerij in restavracij. Nočna tišina je bila neverjetna (glede na relativno velikost kraja). Namen naših počitnic je bilo predvsem e-kolesarjenje, za kar se je lokacija izkazala za zelo dobro. Presenetilo nas je, kako malo prometa je bilo na cestah. V stanovanju gostitelj dodatno nudi izbor odličnih toskanskih vin (6 vrst) in ročno izdelana mila, ki jih lahko kupiš (= dodatno plačilo).

V stanovanju manjka kakšen kavč v dnevnem prostoru, v kolikor zaradi vremena (dež, mraz) terasa ni uporabna. Nekaj notranjih vrat potrebuje manjše popravilo, Hiša je dostopna z ne prevelikim avtom (ozka ulica) za manipulacijo prtljage, parkirišče je v naslednji ulici oddaljeni cca 200 m, avto se vid z vrta. Občasno nekoliko moti hrup z moto kros dirkališča, ki se nahaja nekaj kilometrov stran.
