If you’re looking to get away from home and stay close to nature to recharge, this is the perfect place. The location is amazing, the landlady is very kind and helpful, and everything was clean and well maintained. I would definitely visit again.

We did not have breakfast. We liked the spaciousness of the room. The grounds and setting were beautiful. The parking was secure. The room was well appointed with lots of extra's like a gown, hairdryer, plenty of cupboard space, crockery & cutlery, air fryer and toiletries etc. Very clean.
We were concerned that the bathroom did not have a blind or curtain for privacy. We originally thought it was one-way glass but on checking from outside we could see in. We were unable to bath/shower as the water did not heat up. The driveway at night was very dark and it was concerning that there was quite a sheer drop on the valley side of the driveway.

I felt like part of the family and was treated with kindness and care. The property is really better suited for those with a vehicle, but I was still able to book tours for each day that picked me up at the house. Zyta generously assisted me when I needed to do some shopping. The bed was huge and comfy. Plenty of hot water. Surrounded by lovely gardens and birdsong.
