Das Haus ist natürlich auf den ersten Blick sehr abgelegen. Wer jedoch Ruhe möchte oder wandern möchte, ist hier genau richtig, sehr ruhig, keinerlei Autoverkehr. Nach Bad Steben nur wenige Kilometer. Jede Menge Ausflugs- und Wandermöglichkeiten im Frankenwald und in den Thüringer Wald. Die Gegend ist zwar hügelig aber für E-Bike-Radler gibt es eine Vielzahl von Zielen und Radwegen. Die Vermieterin hat eine Menge Vorschläge zusammengestellt. Die Küche lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, sämtliche Geräte die man braucht, sind vorhanden. Das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als ausgezeichnet.
