Very cozy and well decorated house with privacy, decks with full view of the sea and with direct gate in the sand of the beach.
It has 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and tv, 1 with bunk bed), 1 mezzanine with 1 double mattress, 1 full bathroom, living room (tv, fan, sofa p 2 people), dining room, microwave, freezer and laundry. Beach kit (chairs, umbrella, bodyboard, coolbol)
It sleeps 6 people with comfort and tranquility because you will only enjoy the noise of the sea.
House equipped with internet, cable tv (2 points), ceiling fans, washing machine, towel dryer and alarm.
Beautiful sea views in all environments, large decks with churasqueira and outside table.
Great for family sports such as surfing, diving, fishing and hiking.
The Matadeiro is a beach that has access by walk in trail, making a quiet beach without polluting of cars.
It is safe for children as it is a small beach with lifeguards and surf school.

A minha experiencia foi excelente. A praia é lindíssima e a casa é pé na areia. Mesmo nos dias de chuva, ainda estamos na praia. Eu e minha família gostamos muito da estadia, o contato com o Fernando também foi muito fácil. Sempre respondeu muito rápido e ficou disposto para nos ajudar no que precisássemos. Para quem não conhece a praia do matadeiro, a chegada até o local é um pouco complicada, mas vale a pena. Eu já conhecia e topei ir mesmo assim! Praia limpa e maravilhosa. Já estou com saudades!! :)) a casa também é super aconchegante e cheia de detalhes! Bem equipada!

Excelente lugar, casa impecable y confortable, con todo lo necesario para una estadía estupenda. Su dueño siempre fue muy cordial y atento. Recomiendo ampliamente la casa, la ubicación y a los propietarios.
