Amazing view and very clean.
The description did not reveal that this is a Robinson-type property, which is not connected to the electricity and water networks. It runs on solar energy, so the use of electronic devices are severely limited, and the water pressure in the house is extremely low. The house can be reached via narrow gravel road, and a very steep road leads down to the private parking lot. There are two other holiday homes in the bay. One of them was built just a few steps from this house, so the privacy of the neighborhood can be mutually violated.
