The nicest place I’ve stayed so far on this long trip. The rooms are big, calm, beautifully put together with everything you need thoughtfully added. Gorgeous bed, huge balcony, well equipped kitchenette. I loved that it was cleaned daily and there are cute hang out spots around the place. Great WiFi connection. It’s a 4 minute walk to the beach and harbour and 15 minutes from Lagoras. Lots of lovely restaurants, well served by buses, Piso Livadi was much more my scene than Plakia. I just loved the stay.
My neighbours were a little noisy at times on their balconies but that’s not the places fault. With the doors closed and air con on, the room was totally soundproofed and I slept really well.

Mrs Dimitria was really hospitable. The vibe of the rooms was good. Clean, relaxed and just overall an amazing stay for me and my partner. I would recommend it.

The studios are clean and well maintained with room cleaning evry couple of days. The rooms are reasonably sized for two and the beds are comfortable. There is WiFi available. The bathroom and shower are fine. There is a small balcony with two chairs and a,table with a sea view. On the upper floor there is a nice roof terrace shared with the other rooms on that level. It is a good space with views over Piso Livadi. The staff are very nice and are helpful in providing information about restaurants and beaches.
There was nothing not to like... the studios are not 5 star and don't pretend to be but they are good traditional Greek rooms which have been well kept and updated.

We had a sea view studio top floor. Great location and size, cleaned daily and new sheets after two nights. Kitchenette well stocked with plenty of pans, toaster and sandwich toaster. Bed was comfortable and great views from good sized balcony. The hidden gem was the terrace area which we used to have dinner one night. Property owner responded promptly when asked about a taxi back to the port on our day of departure and even organised it for us.
