Amazing stay in Piso Lavadi 🧿

Great location in Piso Lavadi close to the beach and yummy restaurants. Less touristy and crowded like Naussa or Parikia. A very peaceful town. Short walk from a bus stop if needed. Our room was kept very clean and there were beautiful gardens outside. Anna is a very kind and accommodating host! Highly recommend and would stay again!!

Very clean and nicely located Studios in Piso Livadi

The owners were very friendly and helpful! The location was good because it was quiet and still you could be in less than 3 minutes by foot in the center of Piso Livadi plus there is a private parking in front of the studios. Our ground-floor apartment was well equipped, very clean (also due to fact that they were cleaning it every day), had a lovely terrace with flowers and shade and was spacious enough. I loved the fact that they have installed a mosquito net in every window. Overall it was great!

Matresses were good but pillows a bit uncomfortable.

wonderful big airey room, exceptionally clean, I had a central room so very big balcony with lovely views to the sea, refurbished bathroom, all kitchen facilities, private location but still close to the restaurants and beach, very comfortable bed

if you’re a non smoker & there are smokers in both rooms either side it is difficult to stay on your balcony- but this happens everywhere

Superb

The stay was delightful! Owners super friendly, rooms brand new and modern. The view from the balcony is very amazing also. There is also a shared terrace where you can cook or just enjoy your evening with a drink (of course you can do it in your private balcony as well). Piso Livadi is small but very beautiful city. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Tea and coffee already in the room would be nice (there is appliances for that but no tea bags) but it wasn’t a problem to go and ask the owners downstairs to share some with us.

I had a big room with a huge balcony. You could see a little bit of sea from the balcony, but don't expect an impressive panorama. I would happily stay there again. I went in September and paid just under 30 euros per night, I don't know if it costs more in July and August. It is a few minutes walk from the bus stop, the town beach and various restaurants.

Was beautiful, big and very comfortable. Great value for money, close to some great beaches and Pisa Livadi is a really lovely little town.

Was somewhat of a long way from main towns - Noussa/Parakia. Most of time wasnt a problem as could get a bus (although these don’t come that often and take ages) but at night you can get stuck and taxis are really hard to get and expensive. If staying here would really recommend renting transport - I tried but was all booked on island as mid august.

Amazing amazing

We loved everything about this property. The location is amazing, 5 minute walk to the center of the town. 2 minute walk to a beautiful little Beach behind the chapel. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more. The best thing about it are all the details, you can tell this is a property which was decorated and cared for by someone who loves to take care of their guests. Ioanna and Anna are very caring and helped us with Covid rapid tests in the hotel. The sheets are embroidered by hand, impeccably clean and an amazing terrace with a sea view and a beautiful little garden. Would love to come back and have a very long stay.

My stay at Anna's Studio was fantastic. Mrs Anna doesn't speak English, but she was waiting for us when we arrived to give us the keys. Her daughter Ioanna gave us a lot of good advises and was always really helpful. She even brought us to Naoussa where we wanted to rent some scooters. The studio was really cozy and comfortable. I really appreciated the big terrace with a nice view on the sea. I have also found the bed really comfortable, and I appreciated the fact that we could choose between two pillows of different weights. The bathroom was also recently renovated I think and quite big. I would choose again Anna's Studio in case I come back to Piso Livadi.

Nice & cozy hotel, bursting in flowers. ❤️ Comfortable & clean rooms in the perfect condition. Very comfortable bed and clean white linen which was changed every day. All needed things are available. The location of the hotel also very good, it's in 3-5 minutes from the beach and the marina.

Definitely value for money - clean, convenient, with a lot of amenities.

Room was spacious, renovated and spotlessly clean. The hotel is close to the beachfront (1-2 mins walk) but at the same time very quiet. There is free parking available which is a plus. Host had the room ready before check in time. The kitchenette is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery.

Perfect place to stay

Host was very friendly and the rooms exceptionally clean fresh towels and linen daily, we had a sea view room with lovely flowers on the sheltered balcony, the bathroom seemed brand new and the shower was great, all in all we have a lovely stay and would definitely come stay here again Many thanks

Muy recomendable

Muy espacioso, la propietaria muy amable, muy tranquilo. Tiene una terraza amplia, que ademas te permite colgar toallas y demas (cuenta tambien con tendedor). Desde la terraza se veia el mar a lo lejos. En general Muy recomendable.

La cocina era algo basica y antigua pero para desayunar mas que suficiente.

La chambre est extrêmement propre (avec un passage par les hôtes tous les jours pour nettoyer quand nous ne sommes pas là), les hôtes sont discrètes et adorables. C’est bien équipé (kitchenette avec plaques, appareil à toaster, fer à repasser). Idéalement situé à côté d’une petite crique et de la mer.
