Apartamento Acuario 4

Perfect location for what we wanted. Very safe & quiet complex. Basic but had what we needed during our stay

We had to collect the keys from another location with our bags then walk to the property. Was fine for a couple but not ideal for a family with kids.

Location was excellent short walk to Arroyo and local restaurants. Beach not too far however the hills to and from were a killer particularly when you have dodgy knees. Internet speed excellent initially 250MBs,, halfway through was advised internet provider required access to improve service, we attended whilst visiting only to find improvement was a reduction to 100MBs - still an excellent speed (no complaint) but we wonder why we wasted an hour of our day for a reduction in service. Well equipped kitchen, a couple of wine glasses would be nice (but this is nit-picking)

No fault of owner but apartment backing onto ours had builders in, so we had no peace during most of the days due to Kango hammer drills and hammering, they must have had all tiles removed and maybe a wall removed. Quite between 2:00 and 4:00 but then noise started again. Being on ground floor straight onto path to reception so no where to sit outside, also frosted glass on windows. Dread to think what it would be like in heart of summer when more pedestrian traffic and noisy passers by would likely Had to pick up keys and return keys to a reception desk in another hotel over 1/2 a mile away. They were happy to store our case for a few hours as we had an evening flight but it would have been more convenient if the local reception had the keys and we could have stored our cases there.
