Found keys from lock box okay. Central location in the city excellent,kitchen good,very close to tram

Floors were not clean,light coloured socks quickly became dirty,only 4 coffee pods, shampoo dispenser in shower appeared empty,extra toilet paper in second bathroom would have been appreciated as we were staying 8 nights

The apartment was big ans spacious,comfortable. Location was great and close to everything,easily accessible for transportation too. Then central market was 1min walk. Kitchen supplies etc,all you need was there. Beach was close too

Communication with the host. We tried messaging them 3days before our arrival, no reply. We asked for earlier checkin (1hr before checkin, no reply) We arrived at the property 10min before 3pm and tried calling then,messages etc. nothing. We had to call booking.com’s customer service to report because we do not know where to go and the host completely ghosted us. Had to call international calls many times. 2hrs passed after checkin in time we wete finally contacted by the host after booking.com contacted them. They gave us codes to access a box to get the keys but we used almost 1hr as they gave us wrong codes and instructions. We tried calling and messaging many times. In the end we were able to fint out ourselves after trying different codes etc. we were able to get into the apartment at around almost 6pm as we were sent to a wrong building by the taxi. It was very exhausting! After our flight,bringing our luggages with us. Completely lost as we fo not know if we were scammed or what. Wasting almost 3hrs trying to get in touch with the host or retrieving the keys etc instead of relaxing. We messaged the host even week before our stay with no response. This is our first time experiencing this and it was very disappointing. During our stay on day 2 the electricity went off completely but the host replied fast and helped us. If only the checkin process and communication with the host was good, the whole stay would have been perfect as the apartment was perfect.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and was fully equipped and very quiet. There was tea and coffee available, plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed. The location was great, easy stroll to all shops, attractions, restaurants and the marina.
