The location, the garden and pool area, the outdoor dining area
Water went off 4 times a day due to how the pump functions, but we were warned on the first day, so it wasn’t a hidden flaw. The layout of the living room wasn’t optimum. Impossible to sit inside with 8 people to watch TV for example. 3 pieces of furniture outside broken : 2 sunbeds and 1 armchair part of dining set on front porch. Only 1 umbrella available outside and the fabric was ripped. 2 other umbrella’s not outside : also broken. One in the laundry room, broken and one (hidden) in back of garden, broken.

Our hosts could not have been more helpful dealing with our cancelled flights and the delays reaching the apartment. The pool is lovely and the rooms are a good size. The garden is good too with excellent views to the coast.
A lot of basics like interior bins for the differentiated refuse and bags not provided,bed linen and towels had to be paid for separately, quite a few items of garden furniture were broken (recliner, sunshade). The property is quite remote so a car is essential.

Comfortable, pool area and barbecue excellently. Francesca always on hand to assist with any problems
Couldn’t fault, lost tv signal but due to electrical storm. Internet was a little slow but managed to stream netflix
