Close to the sea, silence in the area, air conditioning was great, spacious, hot water, clean.
Please change the mosquito net from the bedroom.

Close to shops, restaurants and the beach is just behind the corner. Also air-conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, fooly equipped kitchen.
No hook for the shower so we've had to shower with one hand, whitch was quite of a bummer, the boiler was off and empty, even though they knew we where coming, at least there could be some warm water instead of us waiting for 2 hours for the water to properly heat up. One of the bedrooms supposed to double, it was however single and one of the couples had to sleep on a single bed or on the sofa in the living room.

Close to the beach. Comfortable. AC in bedroom and living room.
Kids playing loudly under the bedrooms up to 1 AM. Elders having dinner under our balcony up to 2 AM. Which I guess is normal for the locals, but it could be tricky when you are trying to put your kids to bed earlier than that.
