the property is nice, clean and cozy. Near to i city and walkable to the mall. Have many grocer at level UG which is convenient

Safe parking space
Space in the unit
Location
There is no gate for the unit, and there was a large shoe rack blocking the door lock. It was really hard to unlock the door since the shoe rack was blocking and couldn’t move.
2 lamps were not working, one of it was the bathroom light. So, it gave difficulties using that bathroom in the night and early morning.
I’m not sure about hygiene, since it looked clean but there were too many ants in the dining table even I clear the table.
The furniture as sofa and dining table chair were old and little dirty.
