Közel van a tengerhez és a központhoz (kb. 15 perc kényelmes séta), de már elég távol, hogy az éjszakai bulizás ne legyen zavaró. A zárt udvari parkolóban biztonságban volt az autó. A lakrészben kényelmesen elfértünk öten, a hatalmas erkélyen nagyon kényelmesen lehet pihenni.

A tető miatt az egyik szoba belmagassága erősen korlátozott.
