Super shout out to Andressa who helped us in every manner we needed - we gonna always remember you. Also, to breakfast staff who were always friendly and welcoming.
Reception service - not all of them. One of the receptionist not friendly at all, didn't even look at our faces. Mum made a request to this person and was rudely treated. Car Park - We were driving a SUV and was kinda hard to fit onto the car park.
