We are very glad of spending wondreful time there, all we can say to another potential guests is: if you are looking for a non-commercial place with amazing and wild beaches and want leave in comfortable, perfect organised apartment with nice and helpful host this option is the best for you 😊

We liked everything in this appartment. The building is almost new and the appartment comes with all the furnishing from Ikea. There is all the necessary kitchen equipement, a big tv and plenty of room in the closets, there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The cleanliness was exceptional. There is a nice balcony with the table and chairs but also an additional big terrace on the third floor which is exclusive for the tenants of this appartment with an exceptional view on the sea. The surrounding is quiet, much calmer then in the center of Medulin but at the same time getting to Medulin with all restaurants, shops, and a nice beach etc. takes only a couple of minutes by car. The appartment has its own numbered parking spot.

What a pity that such a great appartment with high standard has only one air conditioning above the entrance. It cooles mostly corridor and partially kitchen. It does not manage to cool the bedroom. That would be much better to put two conditioners, one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom. Several simple wall hangers in the entryway and specially in the bathroom woud be very useful. The bathroom is spacious but it is difficult to store things there without any shelf and/or a hanger. The problem with parking spot is that it is only 5.5 m. long, so you need to be skilled enough to fit your car there, especially when the driver next to you leaves his car just on the edge of his parking spot. We hadn't much trouble with this because of a short car (4.2 m), but I can imagine problems with a car over 4.7m long. Despite this we strongly recommend this appartment and we would choose it the next time we are in Istria!!

We got perfect instructions from the host how to get to the apartment. All furniture is new and it's a pleasure to use it. The apartment has its private terrace on the highest floor with wonderful sea view.
