O apartamento era muito bem equipado.
Só não gostei de um dos quartos ser muito fechado, pouco arejado e pequeno. e não possuir dois banheiros.

Apartamento com boas dimensões e fácil acesso.
Vizinhança barulhenta, mofo em todo teto do banheiro, então caso vc tenha alergia, sofrerá bastante. Sofá da sala com cheiro intenso de mofo também. Ar condicionado do quarto não funciona bem, para, esquenta o quarto e depois volta.
