Sehr großes, geräumiges Haus. Sauber. Schöner grosser Pool, nicht einsehbar. Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Personal sehr nett, immer erreichbar. Ideal für große Gruppen oder Familien, die Wert auf Ruhe und Privatsphäre legen.

Man konnte kaum die Fenster offen lassen wegen Mücken und anderem Ungeziefer. Wobei teilweise Fliegengitter vorhanden sind. Etwas abgelegen, mit Auto jedoch kein Problem.

Das beste war der tolle große Pool . Die Ausstattung der gesamten Unterkunft hat voll überzeugt.

Das frühe Wecken vom Hahn muss man mögen. Aber die Hühner die ab und zu vorbei laufen waren schon lustig.

A big, spacious house with a pool, sunbeds, and a barbecue area. The bed linen and towels are clean. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. The kitchen has everything for cooking. The house is old but charming.

The property is amazing and authentically beautiful!! It is approx. 8 mins drive to Saint Jordi beach and Es Trenc beach is about the same! down the road there is a very interesting salt mine which we randomly came across and provides a great base for exploring the island! the house has a very functional kitchen, with all that you need and spectacular rather grand dining area. Outside is the pool area surrounded by land, foliage and palm trees, the photos simply do not do this property justice! the air conditioning (which was a must) worked very well in all rooms and the upstairs lounge area is simply furnished but comfortable. the house has interesting features throughout and we had an amazing stay ! There are cockerels and chickens that walk around the gardens but don’t really come anywhere near you and geckos, lots of beautiful geckos! if you want to relax in what is truly rural Mallorca I would recommend this property! the airport is approx 20-25 mins from the property, there are local supermarkets that provide all the essentials. entering the property is via an electric security gate, the property is not overlooked and whilst close to the main road this does not spoil the surroundings at all. Tomeu, is on hand via a contact telephone number or watapp, the maintenance man and the cleaning team are all very helpful, friendly and on hand to answer any questions or deal with anything that comes up, 24/7 (ish). I recommend parking your hire car in the garage, should you get a storm, this will save you having to wash it to remove the dust! there is a handy fully fitted private bathroom accessible from the pool area where you can shower, wash and use the facilities. we didn’t use the BBQ as it was quite simple too hot! the pool is a saltwater pool with a shower next to it. I would surmise this property as a rustic, original slightly quirky, unspoilt piece of traditional Mallorca!! PRECIOSA!!

mosquitos!! large mosquitos so a repellent and plug ins would be beneficial but then again you’re in the countryside ! The WiFi, whilst functional can be very slow depending how many people are connecting to it. The one major negative to the whole stay was having to leave!
