Hiriketiya beach is in the vicinity. The host was very helpful in making our stay a wonderful one.
He arranged us a scooty for rent. Gave tips about the locations we were planning to visit.

Very cute homestay with kind owners, close to nice beach and restaurants. 3 super cute dogs!
Quiet place with mosquito net - which you will need
Its a simple room, where animals can get inside the room from the cracks in the corner of the ceiling. We had spider in the room and on the terrace rats were running on the roof

There were 2 dogs and 4 puppies. I loved playing with them. The host Tehan was also very nice.
The place where we stayed is like a tiny room with very old beds. There were not enough lights in the room. Only one stand fan. It was extremely hot. The stay was not comfortable at all. The bathroom also had very poor lighting.
