We loved how close it was to the station ( across the street) but somehow quiet. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The baths were clean. Very enjoyable stay.
Pillows were a bit to firm for me.

Overall the hotel was good, clean and spotless room, corridor, as well as the onsen. Perfect for family stays. Convenient location across train station. Large selections for breakfast.
The beds were hard as rock so it was terrible, we couldn't sleep the whole night.

Gorgeous, clean, traditional. The onsen/Sento was perfect for our last night on Japan. Highly recommended. They store your bags for you which is a huge plus!
No tattoos at the onsen unless you use their stickers. They limit 2 per person. The stickers are small so if you have large tattoos, bring your own nude coverup stickers or just know you won’t be able to use the facilities.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was great.
The room was super super tiny with a loud a barely functioning airconditioner flashing lights in your eyes all night. There was no view at all, the window looked straight into the nextdoor apartments. Room felt like a jail cell hahaha
