    messed up my flight dates and needed to stay somewhere close to the airport for a night. amazing value for money, comfy bed, AC worked perfectly, clean. No complaints.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. I had originally booked a Deluxe King Bed Room; however, upon arrival, I was allocated a room with twin beds, which did not match my confirmed booking. When I raised this issue with the staff, I was moved to another room. Unfortunately, the alternative room was in an unacceptable and very poor condition. The room was extremely unclean, with dirty bedsheets, and there was a serious air-conditioning fault, with water leaking intermittently from the unit. To make matters worse, lizard droppings were present in the room and on the bedding, creating an unhygienic and uncomfortable environment. This was honestly one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in, and it was entirely unsuitable for guests. The service experience was equally disappointing. The complimentary breakfast was of very poor quality. Additionally, during lunch, my wife requested pasta. We were informed after nearly 30 minutes that the requested pasta was unavailable, and it then took over an additional hour to serve an alternative dish. This delay was extremely frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable. Overall, the room condition, cleanliness, service quality, and guest handling were far below the standards expected and did not reflect what I had booked or paid for. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and distress. I request that you investigate this matter seriously and consider appropriate compensation and corrective action to address these shortcomings. I look forward to your prompt response.
