Excellent property. About 45 miles from San Jose. Perfect location to stop on the way from the airport to the Caribbean coast….don’t drive at night.
It’s difficult to spot in the dark due to construction on the road. The owner actually came out to the road with a light to guide us!!! Way helpful!!

The cabins were basic but pleasant enough. They were private and on lovely grounds. The breakfast was delicious. Anita was a wonderful host. Not only did she make a delicious breakfast, but she took pride in showing us around the property and finding nature for us to see and learn about. We saw two different kinds of poison dart frogs, various fruits and trees, and another type of toad. Also her Two dogs were friendly, but not overly friendly.

Anita is helpful and the food was good.
No warm water for the shower. The bathroom window wouldn’t close. No place to sit other than the bed.
