About this apartment rental
I rent my second home in Mers-les-Bains, renovated in March 2019. This is a 3 room apartment, 58 m², located 100 m from the beach and the market place in a quiet street (traffic limited to people who come in this street).
At 200 m: the swimming pool (indoor / outdoor with slides and solarium), mini-golf, a large playground (with several age levels) + a scooter / skate area nearby.
The apartment is on the 3rd and last floor of a typical Mersoise brick villa, it is composed of:
- a very bright main room with kitchen, table for 4 to 6, living room with two small balconies, south-east orientation, not overlooked
- a room with a double bed
- a shower room
- a separate toilet
- upstairs bedroom / playroom with 2 single beds.
The indicated price is with sheets and towels included. Consult me for very short stays or for 2 people.

We, a family of four, spend 8 days in this lovely Apartment and enjoyed our stay very much! We can only recommand it!

L'appartement est très central à Mers-Les-Bains. A 100 m du marché hebdomadaire (le lundi), à 300 m de la plage et à environ 1,5 km du supermarché. Il y a 50 marches sportives pour monter au 3ème étage mais en contrepartie, c'est très calme là-haut. La cuisine est bien équipée, le lit est confortable, la douche est excellente, malheureusement le lavabo de la salle de bain est très petit et les possibilités de rangement sont limitées (mais c'est comme ça dans les vieux bâtiments). Il y a aussi des toilettes séparées. Tout est très propre et agréable. Sur les petits balcons, on trouve à peine de la place pour deux, mais il est bien plus agréable de profiter du coucher de soleil sur la plage. En somme, c'est parfait pour deux personnes.

Outre une salle de bain un peu réduite, l'appartement est vaste et sympa, sous les toits. La propreté est irréprochable et les commerces sont proches, comme la mer, tout en restant dans un endroit calme (lors de notre séjour).

It was a nice stay in a cosy appartment. The beach wasn't far away. Only, it was a pity that not everything in the kitchen was very clean.
