The apartment is very near beach (cca 5min walk) and city center. Beach is sandy which is perfect for kids and it also has shadow trough most of the day. In villa there is also sup and other things to borrow. Outside is shower which is great so you don't bring samd to the apartment. Although we missed broom to clean a bit the floors.
