The location is amazing: Paradise Beach is a 3 minutes walk and its a beautiful place with a lovely restaurant. The super market is a 5 minutes walk. In general easy to go anywhere. The property is a lovely villa with a nice porch and big garden. Its a comfortable set up for a small family or a few friends.
The property needs renovation. One of the 3 rooms does not have air conditioning and the beds are too small for adults. One of the toilets did not flush properly. The kitchen needs a lift. The garden needs maintenance. A proper BBQ would be a good addition.

Great location, we liked being close to the beach. It’s also very spacious which works well for a family group.
A few more instructions would be helpful eg how to open the main gate which was a bit stiff, the switch for the hot water for upstairs. The possibility of pre ordering bottled water.
