About this house rental
In a small residence close to the beach, this charming 4-room house (3 bedrooms) with veranda and terrace is perfect for your holidays! A parking space is available in the secure residence (closed by an electric gate). Animals are not allowed. Maximum capacity: 5 people. Non smoking accommodation.
On the ground floor: Living room with TV, equipped kitchen area (electric hob, coffee maker, fridge without freezer, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, etc.), a bedroom with a single bed 90x190, a bathroom and separate WC. Veranda and terrace.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x190, a bedroom with a double bed 180x200 and access to the balcony.
Access to the floor is via a steep staircase that can be dangerous for young children.
Retal of sheets and/or towels on reservation

The spell of Gruissan comes from the magnific landscape which surrounds this little town. Here you can choose between large sanded beaches, wooded massifs and lakes.
Today Gruissan is also a particulary attractive seaside resort with its pubs, nightclubs and its casino and proposes many interseting sporting and cultural activities : bathe, bronzing, beach volley, fun board, shows, guided visits, escape by night, pedestrian excursions...
The residence Clos d'Elsa is a few meters away from the Beach "Grazel".
