The apartment is about a 10 minute walk from the train station Casa Voyageurs. It's clean and there is no noise from the street. It's quite spacious. The AC managed to cool the flat. Good bathroom / shower. Information booklet provided by the owner. Washing machine. Good, bright lighting.
No outside view, as the windows are facing the interior of the building, which makes it feel locked in. Soundproofing is not good. The repeated noise from an adjacent room which sounded like someone was pushing heavy furniture across. The next door neighbour left his door wide open what seemed like surveillance.

Keskeinen sijainti, rauhallinen ja tilava asunto, hyvät yöunet. Turvallisen oloinen. Toimiva wifi.
Keittiö ja kylpyhuone auttamatta remontin tarpeessa, molemmat nuhjuisia ja ehdottomasti päivityksen tarpeessa! Seinät kaipaavat maalia, ongelmakohtia paikattu sementillä ja jätetty läiskät sikseen. Hinta-laatusuhde ei vastaa, kohde ei missään nimessä neljän tähden kohde. Remontilla ja jatkuvalla hyvällä siivouksella siitä saisi oivan vaihtoehdon.
