The location is good and the owner was responsive

The bed is not comfortable at all (it was small, made a lot of noise). The bathroom and toilet which are in the bedroom don’t have a proper door so there is no privacy. We did not expect to have shampoo or anything in the bathroom but they could have at least put one soap for hand washing especially now that is Covid time. The value for money (at least for a couple) is not good at all as you can get an actual hotel room with a similar price.

Really BAD stayed one night and suffered from horrible situation, no hot shower water in the cold night、afraid of breaking by thief due to unlocked door and exhausted looking for “disappeared green door”, 1. We stood on the dark and cold street to find the entrance of accommodation, we wasted almost an hour to follow the wrong directions from the landlord. Landlord asked us to find the green door between 2 shoppes 2. After showering my children, then hot water was gone and waited for landlord’s help, but in vain. 3. The key was sort of old and frangible, not easy to close the door, then the key was broken and stocked in keyhole. We stayed in the room whole night and no one came to us. Service center of Booking.com and I couldn’t reach to the landlord, they switched the phone off, even the room guests faced issues.

Adresse introuvable il a fallu se renseigner auprès de commerçanrs qui eux-même étaient dubitatifs. Les photos du site datent de 5 ans Moisissures autour de la fenêtre de la chambre avec mauvaise odeur. Pas de place pour ranger les affaires car la commode unique stock le linge de lit. Le clic clac est usé et taché. Et les toilettes dans la chambre c'est vraiment dérangeant. Pour 1 nuit à 2 maxi

Erholung pur - in einem wunderschönen Ort mit außergewöhnlicher Natur, von Wasser u. Bergen umgeben!

Die Lage ist wunderbar (, wenn man mit Auto anreist), um all die schönen Orte in der Provénce zu besuchen! In Fontaine-de-Vaucluse ist alles nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Und man kann direkt vom Haus in die Berge wandern. Die Schlüsselbox garantiert eine unkomplizierte Anreise (, wenn man den Code rechtzeitig erhält). Bett/Matratze, Dusche, Herd, Geschirr sind sehr gut! Deutsche Kaffeemaschine funktioniert auch bestens... Die Natur ist einzigartig, überall klares Wasser und atemberaubende Berge! Die Papiermühle ist sehr besonders!

Die Toilette direkt im Bad neben dem Bett ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leider gibt es absolut kein Internet/wlan/Wifi und für das Handy kein Netz. (Das Tourismus-Office kann leider auch keine Verbindungen mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln benennen. Es gibt nirgendwo einen Überblick zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln/dem Bus-Netz.)

L’emplacement est top, nous étions au cœur de Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. Le tarif est très accessible et le logement est complet. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !

Nos parece que no habían limpiado. La nevera, el cubo de la basura, la vajilla y algunos electrodomésticos no se habían limpiado; había una botella de agua tirada encima de un silla y todo mojado alrededor como si se estuviera descongelando; una toalla colgando de los tubos del calentador de agua, y el interior de los cajones y de los armarios muy desordenados. Daba la sensación de que habían recogido con prisas sin limpiar.

Tout !!! Vraiment parfait. Tout est à disposition. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin dans le logement, c'est même étonnant. Je recommande vraiment. Merci pour ce bel accueil.

Excellent séjour dans un environnement superbe et calme au plus près de la nature

Excellent emplacement. Logement agréable et confortable.

Le stationnement payant 24 h sur 24 dans le village. Heureusement que la propriétaire fournit un macaron à placer dans le véhicule pour éviter la verbalisation.

séjour mitigé car trop de problèmes avec la propriétaire peu fiable

La propriétaire n'est pas fiable: adresse (n° de la rue) et localisation du logement pour trouver l'accès à l'appartement n'est pas le bon sur la réservation Booking (référence à des magasins qui n'existent plus depuis 6 ans) donc appel téléphonique qui n'a été répondu que le lendemain. Nous ayons convenu de rester une nuit de plus, demande faite par texto le 1er mai et accceptée par la propriétaire le même jour et nous avons eu l'obligation de débarasser le logement précipitamment vendredi, une réservation étant aussi accordé pour ce jour à une autre personne. Ce n'est pas correct! Pour le logement on peut améliorer le séjour avec au moins un rangement possible pour les affaires personnelles du locataire (pas de place pour l'alimentaire et les vètements: le dessous d'évier contient beaucoup trop de produits d'entretien, pinceaux et peinture, pas utiles pour la location) et seul un porte manteau bancal est présent, la grande commode est totalement occupée par les draps etc de remplacement. Dommage car le logement est propre, bien situé, calme
