location is very good if you plan to visit Toscana properly. You have Pisa, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Montalcino, Firenze and many other highlights very close. If you get tired of visiting, you can also go to the beach, which is half an hour away. When you return at the property after a busy day with plenty of tourists, you will appreciate the quiet area.
Take in consideration that the property is a vacation house, not a hotel. This is not a minus point for the host or the location, it's just a warning for those who believe that will be treated as in a hotel.

The location is near Pisa on a very nice hill with beautiful landscape. The house is huge, enough for a family with three children, two bath and big kitchen.
The beds were not so comfortable as we accapted and instead of the description there was no WIFI, only a very small in one part of the garden. There was also not a grill, altough we asked for it,.
