Mieszkanie jest przestronne, przyjemnie urządzone. Dobrze wyposażone. Do plaży trzeba trochę przejść, ale przez duży park. Dla dzieci jest dużo placów zabaw w okolicy. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.
Przy małych dzieciach nie sprawdziło się 4 piętro bez windy.

- close to Reagan park and the beach - old district with lot of green areas - close to various food sources like milky bar or fast foods - clean, well equipmed apartment, perfect for a stay with family
- fourth floor in a block without elevator - public parking places not always available

Świetna lokalizacja, naprzeciw jest park, z którego spacerem można dojść nad morze. Do Biedronki, Żabki, Stokrotki - minuta. Na przystanek autobusowy 3 minuty, a autobus zawozi do Oliwy, Wrzeszcza i na Dworzec Główny. Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste. W lodówce była woda. Gospodarz bardzo responsywny i uprzejmy. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, jest ekspres do kawy i kapsułki, przybory kuchenne, ręczniki, nawet parasol i zabawki na plażę.
Wszystko było w porządku, ale gdybym miała ulepszać, to zmieniłabym poduszki na wygodniejsze i dodałabym zmywarkę. Nie ma windy - mi to nie przeszkadza, ale dobrze wiedzieć, jeśli ktoś ma trudności z poruszaniem. No i cena mogłaby być niższa.
