+ Stunning view of the sunset and sea from the apartment balcony ( 5 stars of 5!) + Apartment is spacious enough, well-equipped and looks new + All neccessary kitchen utensils are available + Only 1 min of walking to the beach + No problem to find a free parking spot in the olive grove by the beach + Very hospitable, nice and caring hosts. It was a great pleasure to spend a week at their cozy place! + The beach is not overcrowded, there are restaurants and good boat connection to both Herceg Novi and Blue cave. + There is a small market store (but very expensive!) + Great place to escape from the touristic places and have a rest in a small village.

- Don’t trust the navigation system when searching for the apartment for the first time. Check twice that you arrive to Žanjic from south and not from north-east (sort of alternative road). The north-east road ends up on walking path with stairs :-) - Be ready to test your driving skills on the narrow regional road leading you to Žanjic through Luštica peninsula.

This place and host Katarina are amazing. She is very hospitable and place is super clean! Extremely friendly and very welcoming upon arrival. Apartment is 2 minutes away from main beach (Zanjice) and 10 minutes away from another beautiful smaller beach (Miriste), by feet! View from the balcony is perfect, panoramic see view for memorable sunsets! There is nothing more to say but that i will come back next summer. Also, kid friendly. I was there with my 3 year old, and he had a great time!

This is our third time in this area, but this was by far best place we stayed. It is clean, confortable, well equiped, close to the beach with amazing view. Hosts were great!

The hosts are super friendly and helpful! The appartment was spotless and the view was incredible!
