L’emplacement et la vue sur la mer et les montagnes.
Pas assez de passage au niveau du ménage, la piscine trouble, le réglage de la température de l’eau des douches, l’état de propreté de la vaisselle, l’état des baies vitrées (bruyante la nuit avec le vent).
