Buona posizione per soggiornare a Donnalucata. Stanza perfetta in tutto. Vi sono acqua e bevande disponibili in qualsiasi momento.
Un paio di volte è saltata la luce, ma può capitare. Manca un microonde in cucina. Inoltre l' ingresso del palazzo e le scale hanno un forte odore di umidità.

La pulizia effettuata dal personale ogni due giorni è un ottimo plus. Colazione basica ma di buona qualità. Bagno comodo e doccia eccellente. Il terrazzo è molto comodo. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta.
Manca una lavatrice per soggiorno più lunghi così come manca un forno, anche microonde, e la dotazione di attrezzature da cucina è essenziale. Per chi ha problemi di deambulazione è un po' distante dai lidi attrezzati.
