I was there 2 time and the rooms and beds are comfortable

Everything was Perfect

I didnt get the room i wanted, the one i sleep everytime i go there

The location is central to most activities, so transport to the tourists zones and the supermarket was extremely affordable using bolt taxi. The breakfast at the accommodation is also excellent. The acccommodation gives you value for your money.

The washroom area and the bathroom facilities are shared by everyone therefore my request is if they would have someone clean the washroom area even thrice a day and not once coz it can be a bit too much especially by night since they have many users using the same toilets. The beddings used are a bit too old and worn out. We found our room with someone's stuff under a bed showing that the cleanliness is not that great.

Great location and nice view from the rooftop on the mountain and town.

Sheets, towels, etc were full of stains. Toilet/bathrooms were all quite dirty too. I also think they should do much more with the rooftop, it can be way cooler
