Very convenient location, nice staff and decent breakfast in the morning. The view from the bar/restaurant is amazing and toilet/shower facilities are great.
Very minor but the window of my single room was cracked so let a lot of noise in. Hotel is located on one of the busier roads in Arusha and traffic picks up very early so was woken up very early by the noise. Single room had a fair bit of black mould on the ceiling but was only there for one night so wasn’t a huge issue :)

Great location and nice view from the rooftop on the mountain and town.
Sheets, towels, etc were full of stains. Toilet/bathrooms were all quite dirty too. I also think they should do much more with the rooftop, it can be way cooler
