Muy buen servicio, el personal muy atento y además que está cerca al real plaza si necesitan un mall.cerca.
Mi habitación estaba cerca a la recepción y la luz del hall era un poco molesta para dormir y se escuchaban los ruidos de la misma, solo eso.

Buen hotel para descansar, llevaron el desayuno un poco antes del horario establecido a solicitud para poder salir temprano. Cerca del hotel se puede encontrar transporte.
Un poco más de comida hubiera sido ideal.

Conveniently located near a big Real Plaza, lots of shops, big supermarket too. Place is very friendly, has good secure parking. Showers are warm, and rooms have a fan, no aircon. Great place to bounce through.
Room was facing sun in the afternoon, so got very hot, best open the door and let it cool down. Or get a room not on an outside wall.

Location is great, room was clean and just what we needed. Hot water is a plus. Staff was friendly and attentive. No noise, we slept very well.
The bed was too soft for me.
