Comfortable apartment in a beautiful location with a beautiful view. We liked being close to the best beach and a short walk into town. We also enjoyed the hiking and running trails near the apartment.

This company requires wire a bank transfer of 400 Euro for the security deposit. This never happened to us on Booking before as we always use our credit card. Yes, it is in their new rules, but when I first booked they stated that a credit card could be used as well. The transfer from the US cost an extra $50 for us. There were some issues with getting the deposit back, as perhaps the local company was not used to US bank transfers and it may not be an issue with European banks for them. The company did eventually manage to return the deposit.

Great outlook -- very quiet (tho' that might have been because it was relatively early in the season!) -- v convenient parking -- Cristina of Seamount Rentals v pleasant & quick to act on a couple of points we raised

Complete lack of paperwork -- no map, no list of nearby restaurants or beaches etc, no instruction manuals for the various appliances. I know people use Google these days for many of these but some of us are old!!

The location is great! My sister and I spent 5 days (4 nights) in. this apartment. The weather was perfect; when we were not outdoors we were spending time on the terrace. The terrace is the best feature of the whole apartment. It has a large table and very comfortable chairs to have meals or just have a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy the views of the Mediterranean and the Can Roig gardens. The host was very attentive, left us a bottle of cava and followed up in any questions we had.
