The location is nice, I think Kwariati might be one of the nicer beaches in Georgia, especially for snorkeling. There are not much people on the beach, although the infrastructure is there.
The house is charming from the outside.
The lights in the house were dim, the house itself is old, the toilet flush was not working automatically. The worst thing is the construction that is happening right behind your windows - 3 meters. There is a hotel building built there, they start the work at 8, so they wake you up with noises. When you eat breakfast the construction workers are there to keep you company.
Have a close look, as there are two houses, one has a front sea view, and the other one (the one we got), doesn't.

A basic cottage with all required amenities and a very hospitable owner. The sea view is soothing and you could spend hours sitting by the balcony. Its a little far away from Batumi but taxis and frequently available near the cottage.

Location was excellent. Very green and close to the sea. It is an excellent place for a family. Staff was friendly and helpful.
