Green Village Mekong

Green Village Mekong was one of the highlights of my Vietnam trip. I was looking for an authentic Mekong experience, and this place delivered exactly that. The property is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and far from the crowds. The bungalows are beautiful, comfortable, and blend perfectly with the surroundings. What made the stay truly special was the hospitality. Everyone was incredibly kind and genuinely cared about making my visit memorable. They helped arrange my floating market tour, and everything was seamless. Key and Chloe were AMAZING. For the floating market if you do it, be sure to ask for Johnny as your guided person and Captain #7 (Tung). They made the experience exceptionally great! The homemade food was absolutely delicious, and I loved waking up to the sounds of nature instead of city traffic. If you're looking to experience the real Mekong Delta rather than staying at a large resort, I can't recommend Green Village enough. I would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet and relaxing. Not in a tourist area so if you bike/walk from the property you get a genuine feel of rural life. The food was fantastic and staff super helpful. Take the bikes to the market in the morning.

Peacefulness and extremely nice staff at the counter very nice and kind young people.

The food was absolutely amazing, and we felt genuinely welcomed by both the staff and the owner throughout our stay. They also helped us organise a Floating Market tour, which turned out to be a fantastic experience. We were a group of 21 people, including 11 children, so if anyone happened to experience a bit of extra noise during our stay — our apologies! That said, it was a perfect place for families. The kids had a wonderful time swimming in the pool, paddling boats along the creek, playing foosball, and just enjoying the space.

The only downside was that we only had cold water in the shower in bungalow no. 1. The location is about a 20-minute drive from the centre, which might be inconvenient for some. However, on the other hand, it also offers a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere, so it really depends on what you’re looking for.
