Ubytování bylo od termálních lázní velmi blízko, klidná část města, naprostý klid v noci. Blízko všude, bezbariérový pohodlný vstup přímo z ulice.

Hezké, velmi klidné ubytování jen pár kroků od lázní Therme Laa. Možnost snídat venku na zahradě. K dispozici kávovar, konvice, pečivo (v mrazáku, s možností dopečení ve stolní pekárně), trvanlivé potraviny na snídani (na výběr - marmelády, paštiky), máslo. Ubytování bylo čisté, dobře vybavené. Na požádání bezlepkové pečivo, na chodbě k dispozici lednice s vínem a nealkem (na hostu je pak nechat peníze na stole).
