Very friendly staff, great coffee and pastries for breakfast, super room with modern features. They let me parl my car during the duration of the cruise fpr a reasonable fee.

There wasn't a hot breakfast but it will still very good.

Oasis of peaceful yet very close and handy for visiting Venezia. Excellent room, modern facilities, great breakfast and joyful talks with owner, smiles included. Easy car park, supermarket a minute away, great restaurants two minutes far. Quiet in the night thanks to good mood of the neighbor dogs. Cool by airco. All good!

Nothing really, my wife just missed a mirror as women need this as a life saving priority.

Quiet and clean place.

We stayed here a couple of nights some 2 or 3 years ago. I can only say that since then the quality went down. What I mean by this? I don't remember at that time having problems with not having internet - now the wifi and also the bars on our phones were non-existent. When we raised this issue, at the moment when we left, we were told that we can buy from the reception sim cards on which the internet would work. Also, the bed was way too soft and there was no backboard to the bed which made sitting in the bed with the back to the wall and laptop in our lap to be very uncomfortable. Btw, the AC can only be set to drop 3 degrees maximum upwards or downward from the current room temperature. And it's very hard to do it from the room and I think writing to someone on WhatsApp, as we were told, so that you ask to increase or decrease the temperature, is not the way to got.
