Beachfront Hammock Heaven

Superb location on the beach front and great facilities in the condo, Balconies particularly good.

I've stayed at these condos a number of times but always on the ground floor so I could step right onto the sand. Done with that from now on. This 3rd floor penthouse was simply perfect with the two balconies. I had the spacious privacy of a huge back balcony with benches, loungers, chairs and table, beautiful plants, pillows, towels galore, umbrella and sun, sun, sun. It was a dream come true and absolutely my favorite aspect of the rental. But, the rest was great, too! Big, comfortable bed , more than adequately appointed for every need in the kitchen and bath. I was there for 3 days before I realized that the TV had so many streaming and TV stations--in English. No log in required. I had to message Joan several times because of a few minor issues (my own issues-not the property's) and she was responsive, thorough and just so sweet and patient. Clean, extra everything, very nice decor, the view of the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing--what more could anyone want? I know! I know! "to be there forever." 2 thumbs up, 10 toes twinkling and my hat is off in due respect for how well she has accommodated and surprised this frequent traveler. I can't recommend Hammock Heaven highly enough, but this will have to do, I guess. But don't think for one moment that I couldn't go on and on! It's just marvelous. Thanks, Joan. You're the best.

hmmm...well, the microwave and I didn't become close friends. I didn't understand how to adjust the power level and was too embarrassed to ask Joan anything else!😂

It was close to the beach and the reef was just 50m in. Great place for snorkeling and relaxing. It also works very well as a base of activity for nearby attractions.

Very nice location right on the beach; our suite overlooked the beach and it was beautiful. It's near turtle sanctuary and there are many turtle nests so you have a chance of seeing baby turtles at night in the season (I didn't but it was end of the season)

No hot water!!! Once I booked (non-refundable) I got a message from the owner that it may take 10-15 mins for hot water to come. It didn't. I had the water running for over 20 mins and nothing. Had to take cold showers which was very unpleasant. This is a deal breaker for a beach property and the main reason I am leaving a low score. No coffee machine; cheep polyester bed sheets that didn't feel great. No grocery store within walking distance, bring snacks.
