Lokalizacja znakomita, tuż przy Promenadzie. Spokojnie chociaż w centrum. Bezawaryjna obsługa. Dobre miejsce na wypoczynek. Apartament z dobrym klimatem. Czyściutko. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Cudownie spędziliśmy urlop. Polecamy. Jeśli wrócimy, to tylko tutaj.

Lokalizacja w samym sercu Mikołajek- przy samej promenadzie, z restauracjami, knajpkami.
Miejsca postojowe- zmora dzisiejszych czasów, 100 metrów od apartamentu znajduje się parking płatny 50zł/ 1 doba.

Idealna lokalizacja dla tych co chcą być w centrum miasta,okno i balkon od strony tzw,,zaplecza,,"nie spodziewajcie się widoku na jezioro,bo wychodząc z apartamentu macie je na wyciągnięcie ręki.Apartament mały, urządzony gustownie,jak dla mnie idealny na 1-2 osoby.Czysto i schludnie, pokój dobrze pod tym względem przyszykowany. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry.
Jedyny minus to brak miejsca parkingowego, trzeba kombinować,my byliśmy w okresie wielkanocnym i już był problem z parkowaniem w pobliżu apartamentu.

Good location
No ac, no fann, no propeller on sealing. On a hot day it's like sauna inside . They should think about fixing that. And a lot of fly's inside.
