Super appartement propre, spacieux pour 2 avec un grand salon, très bien placé sur une rue animée.

Apparemment très bien situé et bien aménagé.
La climatisation est totalement inefficace l’installation étant très mal conçue : l’air chaud est rejeté dans la pièce climatisée elle même.
La rue est très bruyante toute la nuit : peu fréquentée mais par des passants très bruyants puis utilisée par des camions pour les livraisons et services divers.
La cour d’à peine 3mX2m met la chambre en contact sonore direct avec l’appartement voisin.
L’appartement très bien conçu par ailleurs ne doit être confortable que pendant les périodes où il est possible de fermer les fenêtres sans climatisation…
