Villetta Vacanza

The villa was simply fantastic. Great terrace, huge garden, relax space around the corner. Nice atmosphere. The hosts were very handy, we have made an appointment directly at the house on time.

The only thing which could be better is that there is no wifi and very limited GSM signal.

We stayed 4 nights in this amazing place. Garden was the most impressive, wanted to spend all our time there. House is well equiped, even if some things are quite old, everything was working. Hosts was friendly and helped us when we needed it.

Some of beds could be more comfortable, especially if you are tall person.

We loved the garden , which was very nicely maintained with lovely trees and shrubs providing much needed shade. There is a lot of outdoor space : several immaculate patios, plenty of furniture, a nice swing in the porch. Location is great as well: at night it was soo quiet, only crickets to be heard. I haven’t slept so well in years. Only about 10 minutes by car to San Vito Dei Romani where there are shops and restaurants. Within easy driving distance to all local sites and beaches.

No wi-fi and with poor mobile reception you could connect to internet only outside. Kitchen is very small and cramped, was not too important too us as we did not do much cooking, but it would be difficult to properly. There was only one small espresso maker, but it was so old and the aluminium so deteriorated that I never used it . Would be useful to be able to make coffee in the mornings. Property had not been redecorated and refurbished in long time and there is a strong smell of damp. With hot wether we had windows open all the time therefore wasn’t too bad.
