I like this place but one thing annoyed me greatly. Room was fine, most staff good.
They lost my tie on dry cleaning service. The manager met me and promised a 200 usd discount off my final bill but when I checked out it was closer to 50usd (200k Ugandan schilling) so I felt annoyed greatly. This might put me off coming back. Also when I was having lunch a guy came and told me lunch was on house (after meeting manager) but then at 11pm someone called my room and woke me up to say bill unpaid so communication problems.
