We could choose a delicious breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. We shared a kitchen with fridge with another couple.

We only stayed for one night but would have liked to stay longer. Location is great, right in the middle of the city, on a very lively street full of bars and restaurants. Very nice atmosphere in the street, however the room was quiet, facing an inner courtyard. Room was decent, good size. Breakfast is served in the neighboring café and it was amazing, very good selection, probably one of the best breakfast we’ve had at an accommodation.
The access to the room involves some stairs, not so comfortable if you have a larger luggage with you. However, it’s worth it. We stayed in the double room, which does not have much natural light in it, as it has only a rather small window. Parking is advertised as available, however it’s paid parking and it’s in the street in the adjacent streets, depending on availability.

Great rooms right in the heart of Maribor. The staff was friendly and the room great. We also enjoyed the quality of the breakfast and coffee.
Several flights of stairs to climb. During busy times check in can take a while cause it is handled through the waiter of the nearby coffee shop.
