Wonderful holiday spot, we’ll surely come back again.

The location is excellent, very close to beautiful beaches and everything you might need for a perfect holiday. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. The accommodation is clean and decent, but the terrace is definitely the highlight – spacious and relaxing, making the whole stay truly enjoyable.

Give the correct location

The address in the listing doesn’t actually get you to the place, you have to ask on WhatsApp. But why not just put the correct location? It doesn’t make sense, it just makes us waste time trying to find it and scratching our heads. It’s an easy thing to fix, I don’t know why it’s like this.

Fine experience near Zanjice beach

This is the second year in a row we are visiting Zanjica staying in Bellavista. The experience is just fine. The room was good for us, we have used stove and washing machine. The way to the Zanjica beach is like 10 minutes, but this way through the trees and bushes is beautiful. Also the last floor of the building with a terrace let us see some amazing sunsets. Thank you Bellavista, see you next year!

The WiFi was not always strong enough, but we just took a digital detox 😅

The pillows were too big, there was a replacement but only 2, and there was 3 of us.

Very good

Everything was perfectly clean. The location is perfect if you need quiteness. Facilities are just fine for shorter stay. The big terrace on the roof is great place to relax.

The bed wasn't comfortable to me, especially the pillow which was very big and hard (good to lean on, but not for sleeping). The room was very hot and sort of stuffy even with open window at night (but the air-conditioning works well for those who like it). It would be good to have some lamp with softer light in the room.

Tarrace is not private, everyone can see what you are doing. Host is very unpleasant. One night she was playing loud music and we begged her to turn it down, because we wanted to sleep, but she didn't want to. Only after 3 pleas did she turned it off.

Building is 3min away from the beach, rooms are nice, what you need to enjoy the beautiful Lustica nature. Jelena the guest manager has been incredibly welcoming and nice.

Maybe make it clearer (the board was not really visible at the entrance) to contract guest manager when you arrive at the premises (whatsapp or room #1).

Fantastic stay in a none-touristic area

We particularly loved the location so close to the Mirista Beach (great restaurant right on the beach!!) and the recommendation offered by the host for a more hidden natural beach. Would come back in a heartbeat and definitely will be on our list again, if we ever go back to Montenegro.

If I had to say something, I would note that the room was quite small. It didn't bother us though because we only spent time there to sleep.

Didn`t like strange smell in the bathroom, which spreads sometimes to all the apartment. I guess, it was smell of sewerage - owners should do something about it.

Samo ono na šta meštani ne mogu da utiču a to je priroda i kvalitet vode.

Osoblje,usluga,sadržaj smeštaja,jelovnika,raspoloženje prema turistima koji kao da su im došli za džabe a ne da skupo plaćaju sve ono što Crnogorce ništa ne košta,od Boga im dato,vazduha,vode i prelepe prirode...ponuda hrane u restoranima koja je blago rečeno smeće a skupo plaćeno,preskupe ležaljke,ni jedna plaža nije pet friendly i sve u svemu ljudi kao da se trude da unište turizam.

Dopala mi se lokacija. Miran i ušuškan smeštaj, idealno za one koji žele da odmore u pravom smislu te reči. Terasa na krovu sa prelepim pogledom na Prevlaku i more, naravno. Sobe su čiste i sve je onako kao što piše u opisu kada rezervišite.

Apartmánový dom má bazén a parkovisko.

Stiesnené priestory bez možnosti spoločného sedenia. Apartmán pôsobil zatuchnuto. V celej oblasti nie je pitná voda,, čo sme sa dozvedeli až pri ubytovaní. Nedá sa použiť ani na varenie. Je potrebné si vodu kupovať. Pre 4 člennú rodinu je to extra 7eur k cene ubytovania.

Дошли смо на 5 дана девојка и ја, цена је била 295е - дали смо 300 и рекли да је океј. Након 2 дана питао сам власника апартмана да ли је наш боравак овде пријављен, пошто сам прошли пут имао проблема на граници због тога. Јавио ми се Миленко, човек који ради за власника апартмана, да ће нас пријавити да му пошаљемо слике докумената, међутим били смо на плажи и послали смо само слику моје личне карте. Дошли у апартман и онда је Миленко рекао да је дао 5е из свог џепа за пријаву боравка за мене. Инсистирајући да ја надокнадим то. Прво, власник регистрованих апартмама би требао сам да пријављује боравке својих гостију а не када то они тек траже да се ангажује око тога,а друго, за ствар која је већ требала да буде подразумевана, Миленко тражи још новца, који је, свакако добио приликом плаћања. Не само што тражи, него се у расправља порукама са нама док смо још у смештају како бисмо ми требали да му платимо то, иако је веч добио тих 5е када смо платили смештај и даље инсистира да му дамо тих 5е, веома жустро и непријатно, након чега је престао да нам се и јавља у дворишту. Соба је мала и смрди на влагу, немате услова да спремате много јела у соби,а на тој локацији има један ресторан и једна продавница те сте осуђени на то. - додуше то сте требали и сами да знате где долазите, то није пробчем, проблем је што у апартману немате опцију да ипак нешто спремите кад треба. Вода није за пиће. Оно што оставља најгори утисак је сам наступ Миленка и свађа око пријаве, потпуно непријатан наступ за 5е. Да сте платили из свог џепа тих 5е за пријаву Миленко и да нисте ништа рекли, с обзиром да сам вас у старту приликом плаћања частио 5е, осећао бих се лоше и сам бих дошао да вас частим опет. Овако, почели сте да се свађате са мном и препирете око 5е које сте већ добили од мене и само упропастили утисак о смештају, о вашем гостопримству. Срамотно.
