location was great
Room smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was not good.

Spacious rooms, beautiful beach views, friendly staff, nice Irish pub, good restaurant next door.

Very comfortable beds , excellent location, breakfast time was fantastic and the variety of food at the open buffet breakfast was the highlight.
The only downfall was the room size which was tight towards the edge of the beds and windows were could not be fully opened nor cleaned for us to enjoy the gorgeous view of the Çanakkale seas .

If you want to stay outside of the city and close to the beach is good choice for more nights stay.
Internet connection was bad and not working from the room. Uncomfortable due to small parking. Not that great value for the money as we were for one night only. For overnight stay- on half price you can stay somewhere else
