Villa Spaia

The hosts were very friendly and helpful and-met with us on arrival. Everything was prepared for our comfort, including toiletries in the bathroom, a bottle of chilled wine in the kitchen and foldable chairs and parasol to be taken to the beach. The apartment is spacious and the seaview from the terrace is incredible. A place to unwind and relax. Wish we could stay longer.

First of all, this place has absolutely stunning sea view from it’s location on top of a mountain. The panoramic view can be enjoyed from respectively huge terrace. Secondly, it is a pet friendly apartment which makes only if you travel with your pets of course.

It feels like the house is relatively old and hasn’t been renovated or maintained properly ever since built. With all due respect, the amenities are not suitable even for a brief vacation so keep it in your mind: -the shades were not working -extremely old cooktop (we haven’t even touch that one tbh) did not look to be functional -the ants are everywhere especially if you leave pet’s food(even a dry one) so my dogs had a bit of competition there :) -probably the easiest thing that could be fixed are the beds and the bed sheets but nope… apparently they are as old as the house and always kept rolling off during the sleep. -It’s not of the property’s cons but if you’re like to go to bed early (22:00-23:00) then you need to keep in mind that there’s a loud karaoke kind of performance going on every night at the Altalia resort. The hotel seems to be far away however you can hear all the fun from up there -the least expected thing is the Wi-Fi (as everywhere around the area) is just for ✅ because the reception is not actually working. Considering everything above, the AC was working but the swing part was broken, regardless it didn’t the job cooling down the room!
