Owners are very friendly and helpful, speaking fluent English. They have provided a lot of information about Lovran and Opatija riviera including free tours. Old town tour is highly recommended. Also we have received a lot of recommendations for the next stay in Croatia. We would come again.
Balcony is directly above a restaurant and parking lot can be blocked by guests from another apartment. On the other side we were warned right upon arrival.

Lage ist sehr gut. Balkon nett. Vermieterin auch ok.
Wohnung sehr abgewohnt. Bad renovierungsbedürftig und sehr klein. Ab Konfektionsgröße 42 eher nicht geeignet.
