The property is at an excellent location, a few minutes drive from Gavrio port, free on-site parking, a large patio looking over the port. It is very well equipped with all necessities, even for a longer stay as it was in our case, such as iron and ironing board, a washing machine, a dryer rack and cooking utensils. Air condition units worked fine. It is also quite spacious for a family with 2 kids. Though there is another adjacent flat, the property is laid out in a way that it offers excellent privacy. The property caretaker was very polite and hospitable, excellent communication. Same goes for the host and the excellent and comprehensive information sent about the property prior to arrival. A couple of improvements could be the kitchen cupboards that had a smell of mildew and the quite poor WIFI. The hostess though offered upon our arrival to add some additional apparatus to improve WIFI connectivity but for us this was secondary so we did not bother, it might be already fixed. Overall a great property for a family vacation, thank you very much for the hospitality

liebloser Außenbereich (keine Liebe zum Detail, wenig Ausstattung, niedriger Wohlfühlcharakter); die Person der Schlüsselübergabe sprach fast kein Englisch und nahm sich wenig Zeit; Küchenutensilien wie Mikrowelle, Alufolie, Backpapier, Öl & Essig & Pfeffer fehlten; zwei Nachttischlampen haben nicht funktioniert trotz Glühbirnenwechsel; Grillbereich fehlt

The host Panayotis and Katerina were very friendly, giving useful tips on the island of Andros. The apartments is very cozy, very clean, very calm, has spacious terrace with beautiful view to Gavrio and the sea. If you like Greek countryside, this place definitely for you. Good value for money. Highly recommended!
