About this house rental
Our renovated 3 story house is located on the peninsula of Eastport, Annapolis. We are across the street from a small marina and have views of Back Creek. With 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, we sleep 6 adults or older children. We are an easy walk across the Spa Creek bridge into downtown Annapolis, but why bother when you can visit the excellent bars and restaurants in Eastport itself. Davis' Pub, featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, is less than 200 feet away and a variety of local and nationally known restaurants such as Chart House and Ruths Chris are a very short walk away on the small Eastport peninsula. Parking is on-street but unlike downtown Annapolis, it is easy to find a spot.

We stayed at this property for 2.5 weeks to celebrate graduation and other events at USNA. The property is about 1 mile from Gate 1, which is a walkable distance during a congested time in downtown Annapolis. The home is a beautifully restored and has modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. We could not have asked for a better experience and John and Vera are very responsive and kind hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

Property owners/hosts were kind and available.Home is perfect and the pictures accurately portray it.Home location worked great for our visit to Annapolis. Easy walking distance to Davis Pub, Carroll's Creek, downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Parking was never a problem. I highly recommend this property!
